The Park has been designed for those who wish to retire, or for people who wish to make frequent visits, to their place in the sun. It is a residential park which is open 12 months of the year. The residents do not o­nly have the usual facilities of normal parks in Spain but at Saydo o­ne can enjoy all the facilities of the adjoining Hotel.

There are 2 swimming pools, o­ne very large outdoor pool and a solar heated indoor pool for the winter months

During the summer months there is a pool bar which opens at 2.30pm and closes.....well that depends.

There is now a fully equipped gymnasium adjoining the indoor pool and a Bowling Green is being developed.

There are numerous varied activities and to name just a few there is: Line Dancing, Keep Fit, Water Aerobics, Quiz nights, Bingo, Occasional Coach Trips, Dancing at the Hotel etc. etc.

The Hotel has a Restaurant, Cafe Bar, Pool & Darts, Superb Courtyard area in typical Spanish Style for Coffees and Meals etc.etc.

There is also a weekly outdoor market o­n a Wednesday when numerous traders participate. You can even buy English Pies, Sausages and Meats. This Market brings numerous people from outlying areas and a great time is had by all.

The Park has a bus stop just outside and there are excellent train & bus services.
In the local village of Mollina there is a local health centre but the local town of Antequera has what is regarded as the second best Hospital in Europe.
