The park itself has been built to a very high standard. Reception is staffed by English speaking personnel o­n hand to help at all times. Many people have retired to live o­n this park and it has a very close strong community and welcomes all new residents.

The reception can arrange for all matters, relating to residency in Spain etc, to be completed.

SITE DETAILS

This site prefers retired people and have offered us a discount to   encourage retired people and this is reflected in our selling prices. People would have to prove their retirement status. Any other people who are not retired will have to realise that our selling price for the homes would be increased.

Decking must be approved by the office prior to construction.
