For Mobile Homes Sited on:

Saydo Park,Parque La Posada,Parque La Vina,Cabopino Park:

• We offer an Inspection Trip Service for clients wanting to buy a mobile home.

• We have sales agents who escort potential buyers around the homes on the above mentioned parks.

• You will have your very own webpage with details of your home and up to 8 pictures. (Digital Photos Please- We can usually help if needed)
  

• You will be issued with a contract between yourself and us- a very simple form to complete. It can obviously be supplied for you to see before any commitment.

• You will have an inventory to complete- a copy of this will be given to the purchaser. This ensures that there are no disputes as to what should have been left at the time of sale.

• We will, at the time of sale, produce an agreement between yourselves and the Buyer.

• A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of £4000.00 is to be paid by the buyer.

• On the day of completion we produce THE BILL OF SALE. The total amount of the balance left to be paid has previously been paid to Costa Del Paradise Ltd. and cleared. Costa Del Paradise Ltd will ensure that all monies due to the park will bre paid and the balance left will be paid to the seller/s of the home. This ensures the Park receives their relevant fees and thereby a smooth transfer of the lease.

• The Seller to provide us with full details of the home,the park and its charges.
  

• Full contact details will be needed and these will be published to enable prospective buyers to make communication.
  

• The seller will arrange all viewings.
  

• Our company will not be responsible for any inaccuracies,false statements or inaccuracies.
  

• Our company will not be involved with any of the sales proceedure and we will not handle any money transactions regarding the sale.
  

• The cost of advertising will be for either a 6 month period or a 12 month period.
  

• There will not be any other fee paid when the home is sold.
  

• Our office must be notified when the home is sold so that we maintain a fully up to date website.
